{"id":9115,"date":"2021-08-18T14:11:35","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T14:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thetranslationgate.com\/de\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=9115"},"modified":"2021-08-18T14:13:06","modified_gmt":"2021-08-18T14:13:06","slug":"account-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/thetranslationgate.com\/de\/jobs\/account-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><u>Job Description:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients\u2019 accounts.<\/li><li>Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage client expectations with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.<\/li><li>Negotiate fees and provide quotes for clients and prospects.<\/li><li>Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients\u2019 organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.<\/li><li>Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects.<\/li><li>Help and support other team members (Project Management team, Finance and Marketing) performing their job smoothly.<\/li><li>Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Report on the status of accounts and transactions.<\/li><li>Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company.<\/li><li>Taking action in case of issues between clients and production team to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li><li>Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.<\/li><li>Proven account management or other relevant experience with localization industry.<\/li><li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.<\/li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.<\/li><li>Excellent time and project management skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients\u2019 accounts.
